Women I Support in California & New York

I work with women seeking trauma-informed, holistic support for:

  • Complex or developmental trauma

  • Anxiety, depression, or burnout

  • Pregnancy, Postpartum or reproductive mental health

  • ADHD or executive functioning challenges

  • Disconnection from body or intuition

  • Stress patterns that feel hard to shift

If you're a woman in San Diego, California, or New York looking for care that feels spacious, collaborative, and non-pathologizing, you're in the right place.

What Integrative Psychiatric Care Looks Like

I offer individualized care that blends psychiatry, somatic therapy, and holistic healing to support your mind, body, and spirit. Together, we focus on helping you:

  • Make sense of your experiences and symptoms through psychoeducation

  • Understand the root causes of anxiety, depression, and burnout

  • Build awareness of how stress and trauma live in the body

  • Cultivate self-compassion and trust in your inner wisdom

  • Strengthen your resilience and capacity for feeling emotions without overwhelm

  • Explore medication as one of many tools for healing—only if it aligns with your values

How to Get Started with Telehealth Psychiatry in CA & NY

1. 15 - minute consultation

A brief call where we connect, answer questions, and explore whether working together feels like a good fit. All sessions are offered via telehealth, serving women throughout California and New York.

2. Intake Forms

My intake packet includes questionnaires that explore your history—as well as your goals, preferences, and sources of strength.

3. Intake Appointment

During our 80-minute intake, we slow down, build trust, and explore your history, strengths, and hopes for care. We’ll map a plan that feels aligned with your pace and needs. When helpful, I collaborate with your therapist or other providers.

4. Follow Ups

Follow-ups focus on building relationship and adjusting care as your needs evolve.

  • Therapy sessions are typically weekly or every other week to support depth and nervous system healing.

  • Medication visits range from every 2–4 weeks early on to every 2–3 months once stable.

Sessions gradually space out as you gain steadiness, insight, and new capacity.

    Medication Management

When helpful, medications can support balance and stability while your system heals. I approach prescribing collaboratively, offering education and guidance so you can make informed choices that align with your values and goals.

    Somatic Therapeutic Support

As a psychiatrist with advanced training in trauma and somatics, I integrate body-based frameworks to help you understand your body's signals, build inner resources, and gently expand your capacity for ease and resilience.

    Psychoeducation & Nervous System Care

I help you make sense of your symptoms through a trauma-informed lens — exploring the brain and body's survival responses, the vagus nerve, and the window of tolerance, to strengthen resilience and foster self-compassion.

    Lifestyle Support

We’ll explore how everyday rhythms—nutrition, sleep, rest, nature, movement, and connection—shape your well-being. When helpful, I may offer gentle recommendations to support your body’s natural pace.

    Integrative Modalities

Healing happens through many pathways. We may incorporate trauma-informed yoga, sound healing, rituals, or mindfulness practices to help you reconnect with presence and embodied ease. I also maintain a trusted referral network of holistic providers to support care beyond the session
